Each voucher purchased will receive entry into the Loess Hills Wine Festival between the hours of 3-10pm, and includes live music, a souvenir wine glass, 10 tickets that may be used for wine tastings, grape stomp, hay ride, parking shuttle, children activities and more.
In celebration of the grape harvest, The Western Iowa Grape Growers Association presents the 4th Annual Loess Hills Wine Festival. The 2013 Loess Hills Wine Festival will be held on Saturday September 21, 2013 at the River’s Edge Park in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The event will start at 2:00pm for VIP admission only, with general admission starting at 3:00pm, and will run till 10:00pm.
The 2013 Wine Festival will consist of wine tasting and wine for purchase from local wineries. The festival will exclusively feature wines made with Iowa grown grapes. There will also be beer for tasting and purchase from Keg Creek Brewery. In addition to wine and beer tasting, there will be live music, hayrides, a grape stomp, food for purchase, local crafters and activities for the kids and the night will end with an outdoor showing of the movie Bottleshock which will start at 10:00pm.
